| As we look forward to spending time with our families this Christmas, let’s remember all of our persecuted brothers and sisters around the world, including the youngest among them. While they may be forgotten by the world and cast out from society, we can show them that the body of Christ has not forgotten them. Share Christmas joy with a persecuted child through the gift of a Christmas Care Pack.
Give a Gift to Persecuted Christians
Each year, The Voice of the Martyrs works through its network of field leaders around the world to reach children of persecuted Christians with a special Christmas Care Pack. The contents – packed in a school-type backpack – are tailored to meet the unique needs of children in the nations where the packs are delivered. Each pack contains practical items such as school supplies and hygiene items as well as a toy for the child to enjoy. The most important item in each Christmas Care Pack, however, is an illustrated, full-color children’s Bible in the appropriate language. For at least 90 percent of the children, it is their first Bible. This year, you may also give a Christmas Care Pack in honor of friends and family members. This is a great way to demonstrate the true meaning of Christmas and share your heart for our persecuted family with your loved ones. VOM will send a personal Christmas card, acknowledging your gift, to those honored through your Christmas Care sponsorship. |
