The Incomparable Christ is a a sub-heading in the book of Colossians in my Bible. Christ is indeed incomparable. There is no one like Him!
I have been drawn to read Colossians lately and, interestingly enough, I also came across a Social Media Ad by a cult promoting a very different Jesus Christ. As with many cults, this organization borrows the name of Christ and then cherry picks a few verses which suit its teachings.
Don’t be fooled. If you want to know about Jesus Christ, go to the Bible. The Bible is God’s Word.
The Incomparable Christ
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. In Him was life, and the life was the Light of men. The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. John 1:1-5
He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities– all things have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. He is also head of the body, the church; and He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that He Himself will come to have first place in everything. For it was the Father’s good pleasure for all the fullness to dwell in Him, Col 1:15-19
God, after He spoke long ago to the fathers in the prophets in many portions and in many ways, in these last days has spoken to us in His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the world. And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, Heb 1:1-3

Evidence for the full deity of the Lord Jesus is found throughout the New Testament. Jesus is explicitly called “our great God and Savior” (Titus 2:13). The fullness of the Godhead dwells in Him (Col. 1:19; 2:9). He bears titles and names given to Yahweh in the Old Testament (compare, for example, Isa. 44:6 and Rev. 1:17). He is set forth as the object of worship (Heb. 1:6) and is addressed in prayer (Acts 7:59-60; 1 Cor. 16:22; 2 Cor. 12:8).
